The trampoline is a very useful tool for men’s artistic competitors and should be utilized as often as possible. It is the best place to learn and enhance aerial awareness and many artistic skills can be first learned on the trampoline and later taken to the apparatus or floor. 5 time world tumbling champion, Judy Cline says “I never did tumbling on the trampoline, I did trampoline on the tumbling mat.
